Return Policy
You may return any item purchased on our Web site. We do not refund shipping charges. Merchandise must be returned in their original boxes, but the packaging cannot be marked by shipping labels, markers, tape, etc. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued to you using the following policy:

Returning For Replacement or Refund

Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Upon the arrival of your package, we encourage you to check and make sure that the accessory meets your order specifications. Try on your shoes as soon as possible without removing the tags, altering, or washing the shoes.

If you are returning or exchanging shoes, or accessories, please make sure they are in their original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Online returns
Any regular priced item purchased from shooflyshoes.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase date unworn, in condition to be sold as new, for shooflyshoes.com credit. All sale items are final, no credit will
be given.

DO NOT PLACE LABEL OR WRITE DIRECTLY ON THE PACKAGING. Use the shipping packaging or box provided or heavy wrapping paper.

Please note: damaging the packaging or returning merchandise in packaging other than the original packaging provided may result in an additional charge.
